One more quick note!  Please understand that a body wrap is a quick fix to help you feel toned and tighter and may even help your clothes feel a bit less snug in only one wrap….BUT for outstanding, longer lasting results, you must continue to get one.  My recommendation for the best results possible is to receive a body wrap 3 times the first week, 2 times the second week and then once a week for at least 5 weeks.  Then you can taper off to a maintenance of once a month.  And remember you must drink lots of water to help flush your system (at least a half ounce per every pound you way, i.e. if you weigh 150 lbs. then 75 ounces of water a day).
